For Australian orders, if you require a delivery by a specific date we would reccomend opting for express post.

All orders placed prior to 2:00pm AEST are picked, packed and shipped on the date of purchase. Any orders placed after this time will be picked, packed and shipped on the following business day.
AUSTRALIA | COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All AUSTRALIAN orders to the value of $100 or more are shipped via Australia Post for FREE!
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post. Standard Delivery estimated time frame within Australia is 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery is a flat rate of $13 and is estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days for most metropolitan suburbs, and larger regional areas when you order before our 2:00pm AEST cut off.
If you need a parcel by a certain date we highly recommend choosing express post at the checkout to ensure your delivery is taken as high priority through the Australia Posts system.
All orders placed from NEW ZEALAND & the UNITED STATES to the value of $100 or more are shipped for FREE!
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $10 for NEW ZEALAND & UNITED STATES customers and all other countries a flat rate of $30. These orders are shipped via standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL | CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES
We do our best to avoid customs and duties taxed on international orders. However we do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to delivery to your country of origin.
For UK orders you may need to pay customs and duties on orders that exceed 135 pounds. These are payable to UK Customs upon entry into the UK. For more information, please refer to the UK customs website.
For all other countries, please refer to your local government duties and taxes website. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Salty Crush reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
COVID 19 | DELAYS
There are currently delays with National and International shipping due to Covid-19. The couriers are doing everything they can to get the parcel to you in a timely manner, however due to cancelled flights, large volumes of parcels, etc, this unfortunately is taking longer than the specified shipping time frame. Parcels are also waiting for an extended period of time with no scans or updates due to the sheer volume of parcels waiting to be processed.
Once we send off the parcel there is unfortunately nothing we can do to speed up the process so we kindly ask you to be patient at this time.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS BECAUSE OF COVID-19?
Due to the increased government regulations worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing some delays affecting orders through customs. This all depends on your local customs regulations for each impacted country of origin.
MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Salty Crush will gladly add or remove items from your order, as long as the request has been received before 10am Monday-Friday.

If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our store credits will be available to use immediately. If your order has been dispatched changes cannot be made to the order.
Please note that orders shipped to a PO BOX are unable to be redirected.
