All orders placed prior to 2:00pm AEST are picked, packed and shipped on the date of purchase. Any orders placed after this time will be picked, packed and shipped on the following business day.

 

BLACK FRIDAY

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER DURING BLACK FRIDAY? 

We are unable to make changes to orders during the sale as we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please choose your items carefully before completing your order.

 

AUSTRALIA | COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All AUSTRALIAN orders to the value of $100 or more are shipped via Australia Post for FREE! 

Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post. Standard Delivery estimated time frame within Australia is 3-5 business days.  

Express Delivery is a flat rate of $13 and is estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days for most metropolitan suburbs, and larger regional areas when you order before our 2:00pm AEST cut off. 

If you need a parcel by a certain date we highly recommend choosing express post at the checkout to ensure your delivery is taken as high priority through the Australia Posts system.

Please understand that severe weather, bush fires, aircraft mechanical failures, high volume of orders during festive seasons and other such calamities may affect these delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL | COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

All orders placed from NEW ZEALAND & the UNITED STATES to the value of $100 or more are shipped for FREE! 

Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $10 for NEW ZEALAND & UNITED STATES customers and all other countries a flat rate of $30. These orders are shipped via standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL | CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES

We do our best to avoid customs and duties taxed on international orders. However we do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to delivery to your country of origin.

In the event that an international order attracts custom duties or taxes, please use an online calculator or refer to your government's website regarding duties and taxes.

For New Zealand, all shipments exceeding the sales value of $1000 or more will incur a duties and taxes charge. You can calculate your expected duties and taxes by visiting the New Zealand What’s My Duty Calculator. 

For UK orders you may need to pay customs and duties on orders that exceed 135 pounds. These are payable to UK Customs upon entry into the UK. For more information, please refer to the UK customs website. 

For all other countries, please refer to your local government duties and taxes website. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Salty Crush reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.  

 

MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Salty Crush will gladly add or remove items from your order, as long as the request has been received before 10am Monday-Friday. 

*Please note: We are unable to adjust any orders during Flash Sales, Promos, Orders placed during the weekend, or our busy periods. For more information on what is a Flash Sale please see our RETURNS POLICY page. 

If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our store credits will be available to use immediately. If your order has been dispatched changes cannot be made to the order.

If you need to update an address please contact us immediately at info@saltycrush.com to ensure we are able to manually request a redirect on your behalf through Australia Post. 

Please note that orders shipped to a PO BOX are unable to be redirected. 

We kindly ask that you take extra care when entering your address and be careful when auto fill is on in case your address has changed but not updated through auto fill.


WHAT IF I PURCHASED JUST BEFORE A SALE OR JUST AFTER A SALE?

If you purchase an order before or after a FLASH SALE, we are unable to honour sales prices due to the nature of sale periods, there needs to be a launch date and an end date to make it fair to all customers.
