Protecting Your Delivery: Shipping Insurance with Salty Crush
At Salty Crush, your satisfaction throughout your shopping journey is our top priority. We proudly introduce Shipping Insurance to guarantee the secure and reliable delivery of your orders.
What's Covered by Shipping Insurance?
1. Lost in Transit
If your package goes astray during transit with Australia Post, simply reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We'll promptly initiate an investigation with the courier service. Upon their confirmation of the lost shipment, we'll assist with sending replacement items based on availability or issue a store credit equivalent to your order value.
2. Delivery to an Incorrect Address
Should your tracking information indicate delivery with a signature, yet you haven't received the order, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We'll launch an investigation with Australia Post. If the investigation confirms an erroneous delivery and retrieval is impossible, we'll issue a store credit for your order's value.
3. Damage in Transit by Australia Post?
In the unfortunate event of your parcel arriving damaged due to handling by Australia Post, notify our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. Provide us with photos of the damaged package and its contents. If transit-induced damage is verified, we'll issue a store credit equivalent to your order value.
Exclusions from Shipping Insurance Coverage:
1. Providing an Incorrect Address
Regrettably, if an incorrect delivery address was provided to us, we cannot offer a replacement or store credit.
2. Parcel Safe Dropped and Stolen
In cases where you've authorised parcel drop-off at your property using the "leave in a safe place" option, we cannot provide a replacement or store credit if the parcel goes missing.
Flexible Shipping Insurance Options:
During checkout, you have the choice to opt out of Shipping Insurance by unchecking the item in your cart. Please be aware that declining Shipping Insurance means foregoing coverage for lost, incorrectly delivered, or transit-damaged orders.
