CLUB CRUSH REWARDS FAQ’S

Club Crush is all about rewarding you, our lovely loyal Salty Crush Babes! There are three tiers to Club Crush Rewards; Boho Duchess, Boho Princess and Boho Queen.

To claim your next crown you need to do two things: earn Crush Points and refer your friends.

Start by becoming a Boho Duchess and join Club Crush Rewards. 

Boho Duchess - Your grace, you are now a Boho Duchess. 

As soon as you join Club Crush Rewards you earn 25 Crush Points and become a Boho Duchess. In this tier you earn one Crush Point for every $1 you spend, you have access to Double Point Days and 150 Crush Points on your Birthday!   

Boho Princess - Your Royal Highness you are now a Boho Princess.

Once you have earned 400 Crush Points you are promoted to a Boho Princess! Now you will earn 1.25 Crush Points for every $1 you spend and have access to other perks like early access to sales and new arrivals. 

Boho Queen - Your Majesty, you are now a Boho Queen. 

Earn 900 points to be crowned a Boho Queen! As Salty Crush royalty you will earn 1.50 Crush Points for every $1 you spend. You will also have access to VIP only sales as well as your Birthday treat and double point days. Enjoy all the perks of being a Salty Crush Boho Queen.

You need to earn a certain amount of Crush Points to claim the throne.

Crush Points are like Salty Crush coins! You can exchange your Crush Points for coupons to spend on Salty Crush goodies. 100 Crush Points = $10 Coupon to spend on Salty Crush, when you spend $100 or more. 

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed at the top of your rewards page for you once you are logged in to your account. Click here to access the Rewards Page.

You can earn points by participating in any of our Club Crush promotions or by placing your order for your next Salty Crush goodies! Make sure you are logged into your Club Crush account when placing your orders. Please note all orders must be placed by payment method only, credit notes from returns are unable to be used to accrue points. Like all new things, we must start fresh! We appreciate everyone's loyalty and past Salty Crush purchases, but we must be fair to all our Salty Crush customers. You get 25 Crush Points when you join Club Crush, so you can start earning points in no time at all! 

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the rewards you see listed on the Rewards Page. 

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the Rewards Page to view your points and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your rewards.

We encourage to stick with one email and please reach out to us if an email address needs to be updated. To redeem your coupon on your next order, you’ll need to spend a minimum of $100 for it to apply. For example, if you have a $10 coupon, this means your order will be brought down to $90, and so on.

Only one coupon can be redeemed at a time. If you have multiple coupons in your account, you can choose which coupon you want to redeem at checkout. 

Signing up to Club Crush is 100% free, and you can start earning points even without making purchases. Make sure to visit the Rewards Page to see how you can start earning Crush Points. 

Once you register for a Club Crush account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just log into your account and fulfil the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points straight to your account!

When you make a purchase or a friend you have referred makes a purchase, your points will be added to your account when the Salty Crush Team has fulfilled and shipped your order. 

Once you complete a promotion, for example follow us on Facebook, you will receive your Crush Points into your account instantly. If your points don’t appear on your account by the following day please get in touch with our friendly customer service team at info@saltycrush.com 

If your Club Crush Rewards account has been inactive for 12 months, your points will expire. To keep your Club Crush account active, be sure to keep earning and redeeming your points.

When you refund an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned from buying the item in the first place.

For example, let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place. 

Your points are removed from your account once your refund has been processed by the Salty Crush team.

We all deserve to be spoiled on our Birthdays! So here’s 150 Crush Points on us. Your points will be awarded to you automatically on your Birthday if you have already signed up and added your Birthday date to your account. Due to the program fraud prevention and policy, your birthday points will arrive to your account in a 30 day timeframe.

Once your points have been added to your account you will see you have entered into the next tier on your Rewards Page. You’ll know when your account has levelled up as you’ll receive an email letting you know. 

On the Referrals Page you can introduce a friend to Salty Crush and gift them a $20 coupon to use on their first purchase of $100 or more. When your friend shops with this coupon you earn $20 in Crush Points! You can refer as many friends as you like, but remember they must be new to Salty Crush.  

Crush Points are only assigned to customers who sign up to be a part of Club Crush Rewards. If you believe you should have received points for a recent purchase, you can contact the very helpful customer service team on chat or via info@saltycrush.com

You earn Crush Points on the total of your product cost. If your purchase total includes a shipping cost and GST cost, you do not earn Crush Points on these. 

For example, if you purchase a dress costing $70 and your total order comes to $80 with $10 Standard shipping and $7 GST your total Crush Points would be 63.
