If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is known as the Right of Withdrawal and is provided under EU consumer protection laws.
These rights are in addition to any rights available under our standard Returns Policy.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Before Your Order Has Been Shipped
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation or modification by contacting our Customer Support team. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order leaves our warehouse.
After Your Order Has Been Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can do this by:
- Using the withdrawal link available on our website.
- Contacting our Customer Support team at info@saltycrush.com.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, we will provide instructions for returning your items.
REFUNDS
For valid EU withdrawal requests:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds include the cost of the returned items.
- Standard outbound shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded. Additional charges for premium or expedited shipping services are not refundable.
- We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when exercising their Right of Withdrawal.

- The Right of Withdrawal applies only to eligible customers located in the European Union.
- Certain products may be exempt from the Right of Withdrawal where permitted under applicable EU law.
- Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- These rights apply in addition to our standard Returns Policy and do not affect any other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
