Salty Crush Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a style you can purchase before it arrives at our warehouse. Once you place your order, we’ll secure the item for you from our incoming stock. As soon as it arrives and is ready to go, we’ll pack it up and send it your way.

You’ll find the estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page before placing your order. These timeframes are based on the latest information we have available, but they are estimates and can sometimes change. If there’s a significant change to the expected timeframe, we’ll keep you updated.

Pre-orders have a flat $10 shipping fee Australia-wide, which will be shown separately at checkout.

Absolutely! You can add pre-order and in-stock items to the same order.Your in-stock items will be sent first, while your pre-order item will be sent separately once it arrives. You won’t need to wait for your pre-order to receive the rest of your order.You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel once it’s on its way.

No worries! You can order multiple pre-order styles together. Depending on when each item arrives, we may send them separately so you don’t have to wait for the last item to arrive. You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel as it leaves us.

Sometimes, yes. While we always aim to stick to the timeframe shown, unexpected delays can happen and may affect the estimated dispatch date. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know and provide an updated timeframe.

Changed your mind? Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If your pre-order is significantly delayed, you can cancel it for a full refund at any time before it ships. For other cancellation requests, our team will confirm what options are available under our policies and Australian Consumer Law.

Yes! Once your pre-order arrives, our usual Salty Crush returns policy applies unless otherwise stated on the product page.

While this would be very unusual, if we’re unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the affected item.
