Salty Crush "Win Your Dream Escape" Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
The promoter is Salty Crush Pty Ltd (ABN: 37 622 592 241), Sydney NSW, Australia (“Salty Crush”).

2. Promotion Period:
The promotion starts 12:00am AEDT Thursday 27 November 2025 and ends 11:59pm AEDT Friday 28 November 2025. (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Salty Crush and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.


4. How to Enter:
• Every completed order placed on saltycrush.com during the Promotion Period equals one (1) automatic entry into the promotion draw.
• Cancelled or refunded orders are ineligible and will be removed from the promotion draw.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per person; each order counts as a separate entry.

5. Prize:
The winner will receive:
• 2 × $1,250 Flight Centre Gift Cards/Vouchers (subject to Flight Centre’s terms of use), and
• $500 Salty Crush gift card (valid for 12 months, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash).

6. Draw & Winner Notification
• The draw will take place at 5pm AEDT on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at Salty Crush HQ, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided at checkout within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Salty Crush may conduct a redraw.

7. Verification:
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase (order number).
• Salty Crush reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

8. Liability:
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salty Crush is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner in connection with the prize.
• Salty Crush is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures that may affect entry.

9. Privacy:
• By entering, entrants agree that Salty Crush may use their first name and state for winner announcement purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Salty Crush Privacy Policy.

10. General:
Salty Crush reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
