The Salty Crush Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Salty Crush Pty Ltd (ABN 84 612 933 082) (“Salty Crush”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to those aged 18 years and over.

1.2 Employees of Salty Crush and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins Thursday 4 December 2025 at 5:00am AEDT and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 4 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the Promotion, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:

• Place a shopping order on saltycrush.com on Thursday, 4 December 2025.

Every order = 1 entry.

4. Winner & Prize Details

4.1 There will be two (2) winners selected.

4.2 The winners will each receive the AUD$ value of their winning order refunded, up to the value of AUD$1000.

4.3 Salty Crush reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

5.2 The draw will take place on Friday, 5 December 2025, at the Salty Crush HQ, Sydney NSW.

5.3 Winners will be contacted via the email address included with their order on saltycrush.com

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Salty Crush may redraw and select a new winner.

6. Verification

6.1 Entrants agree to provide proof of purchase and Instagram handle if requested.

6.2 Salty Crush reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Salty Crush is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that affect entry.

7.2 Salty Crush reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

7.3 Decisions made by Salty Crush in relation to the Promotion are final.

8. Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with the Salty Crush Privacy Policy.
