Salty Crush "Win a $10,000 Travel Voucher" Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:

The promoter is Salty Crush Pty Ltd (ABN: 37 622 592 241), Sydney NSW, Australia (“Salty Crush”).

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion starts Friday, 16 October 2026 at 12:01 AM AEDT and ends Saturday, 19 December 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT. (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility:

Entry is open exclusively to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, officers, contractors, and directors of Salty Crush (ABN 37 622 592 241), its related entities, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or partner) are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time.

4. How to Enter:

The Promotion will be advertised digitally via online channels, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

Entrants must complete the official entry form on saltycrush.com during the Promotional Period (between 16 October 2026 and 19 December 2026).

Limit of one (1) entry per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the entry portal for secondary promotional actions (e.g., subscribing to email alerts).

Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details & Conditions:

Prize Description: One (1) x $10,000 AUD Webjet e-Gift Card / Voucher.

The total prize pool value is capped at $10,000 AUD.

The Webjet e-Gift Card is subject to Webjet's standard terms and conditions of use, including validity windows (minimum 3 years from issuance) and redemption rules for flights, accommodation, and travel packages.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Any incidental expenses associated with redeeming the travel voucher (including insurance, personal spending money, passports, visas, meals, and transport to/from airports) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

This is a Game of Chance. The winner will be determined via a random draw held on Wednesday, 6 January 2027 from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

Draw will take place at Salty Crush: Unit F, 134-140 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia

There will be one (1) winner in total.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the competition draw.

The winner's name (initial and surname) and state of residence will be published on saltycrush.com on Friday, 8 January 2027.

7. Verification: 

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase (order number).

Salty Crush reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed by 11:00 AM AEDT on 8 April 2027 (3 months post-draw), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location as the original draw (Unit F, 134-140 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia), subject to relevant state regulations.

Any secondary winner will be notified by email and published on saltycrush.com within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

9. Permits & Statutory Authorisations

Where required by law, permits and trade promotion permissions have been obtained under applicable state and territory legislation for trade promotion lotteries/games of chance (including NSW Authority / ACT Permit / SA Permit, where required by total prize pool thresholds).

10. Privacy & Marketing Communications

By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Salty Crush for the purpose of administering the competition and announcing the winner.

By opting in, entrants agree to receive promotional email newsletters and marketing material from Salty Crush. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in marketing emails.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Salty Crush’s Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Salty Crush shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) as a result of accepting or using the prize.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, computer viruses, fraud, or interference beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, Salty Crush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to statutory authority directions.
